About the Elma School District

The Elma School District serves approximately 1700 students and employees 260 across its 4 campuses - Elma Elementary, Elma Middle School, Elma High School and East Grays Harbor High School. We take great pride in our 97% graduation rate, and know this is attributed to the countless efforts and supports in place from preschool all the way through career and college placement.
 
As the Gateway to Grays Harbor, mountains, forests, ocean and rivers all make up a beautiful landscape we get to call  Home of the Eagles!  Likewise, our students’ interests and abilities are as diverse as the geography that surrounds us; there are opportunities for students to excel in academics, athletics, choir, drama, art, band, science, technology, FFA and many other capacities.
 
Our schools are generously supported by a caring community. The loyalty and strength of many multi generational Eagle families, blended with the invigoration of new growth, creates a firm foundation. It is the district’s goal to engage and partner with as much of our community as possible. We know our students, schools and community ALL do better when we work together!
