Complaints of discrimination regarding the USDA meal programs should be given to the Chief Nutrition Officer of Child Nutrition Services, Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction. Chief Nutrition Officer will forward to the Food & Nutrition Service, Western Regional Office, San Francisco.
