WIDA
The Elma School District measures the progress of all ELLs annually. Every year, students are assessed during the months of February through March using an assessment called the WIDA ACCESS. The WIDA ACCESS is an assessment that will measure the language proficiency of ELLs as they progress through their K-12 education and prepare for college, career and citizenship.
WIDA Practice Test:
The practice test is available at wida.wisc.edu and can be used by parents, teachers, and students to become familiar with the types of questions that will be asked. You can access this test as a “GUEST” and choose the grade level of the student. You will need headphones/speakers and a microphone for the speaking and listening sections of the practice test.
