Flyer Distribution

The Elma School District supports our local community partners by posting digital flyers online and distributing them electronically through our service provider, Peachjar. Peachjar’s platform streamlines school-to-home communication by distributing valuable school and community resources directly to families as digital flyers. Electronic flyers allows us to leverage innovative technology and provide parents and community members easy access to information of interest.

Peachjar for Families

Peachjar organizes all important school and community information in one place! In addition to receiving emails from your school, look for the ‘Peachjar’ button or icon on the District website to view all active flyers. If you are not receiving flyers through Peachjar please contact Communications Specialist, Isabella Cristelli, [email protected]

Peachjar for Community Organizations

ESD is pleased to assist local non-profit organizations as they work to make our community an even better place to live and learn. The district’s resources, however, must be preserved to accomplish our greatest mission – providing quality education services to our students. Therefore, the following guidelines have been established for all distribution requests:

  • Paper copies will no longer be distributed to students at any of our schools. However, if you wish to provide a handful of flyers to be placed in the school office, this will still be permitted by the schools.
  • The organization making the request must register as a community partner with Peachjar by visiting www.peachjar.com Peachjar will allow you to upload your flyer, which will be sent to the Communications Specialist for approval. If it is approved, it will be emailed directly to parents and will be posted on the school’s website via Peachjar's flyerboard.
  • The request must be submitted by Wednesday at noon to be distributed with the Friday distribution.
  • All flyers/posters for distribution will include the following disclaimer automatically: These materials are neither sponsored nor endorsed by the Elma School District. The views and information contained in these materials do not reflect the approval or disapproval of the Board of Education or school administration.

Please Note: If the event is not free to the public, there will be a charge for this service, ranging from $12.50-$25 per school per distribution. In most cases, it will be less expensive than the cost of paper, printing and labor and/or traditional media advertising. For many organizations and events, this fee can be waived through the Community Free Program.

There are many additional benefits to using Peachjar—clickable buttons that take parents directly to your website, flyer performance reports, and not to mention the time saved driving school to school!
